1pt N°011 Lime-infused Gin
1 oz coconut water
½ oz lime juice
1 oz Honey Simple
Large handful Mint Sprigs
1 oz coconut water
½ oz lime juice
1 oz Honey Simple
Large handful Mint Sprigs
Infuse gin 2-3 hours. Combine all ingredients in shaker.
Shake and strain into coupe. Add festive garnish. Enjoy!
