Spirit-Free cocktails are quickly becoming as popular as the Spirited ones. So we decided to mess around with other ways to infuse without the booze. Our 1pt Rossalita encompasses all the deliciousness and none of the cocktail!

1 oz  N°008 Rossa-Infused Shrub
1 part Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 part Tonic Water 

Build ingredients in your favorite Collins glass over ice. Top with tonic, garnish with thyme sprig. Enjoy!
