1pt Rossa Fizz

A twist on a classic fizz infused with our bright a citrusy Rossa infusion blend. 

2 oz.  1pt N°008 Rossa-Infused Vodka

1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1 Egg White

Club Soda

Add all ingredients except egg and soda to a shaking tin and then add ice. Shake well, discard ice and then add egg. Shake well again and open pour into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a sprinkling of dried raspberries.
