1pt Manhattan Transfer
1 1/2 ounce 1pt N°007 Smoky Infused Bourbon
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1 1/2 teaspoon cherry brandy
2 dashes orange bitters
1 orange twist
1 dried sour cherry soaked in brandy
ice
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker let stand 15 seconds.
Stir to chill & strain over rocks or into a martini glass.
Garnish with orange twist & sour cherry.
Sip &Chill.
